Group Accountant (CR720)

Our client, an investment group that operates globally across the technology, logistics and commercial asset sectors is looking for a Group Accountant to join their office in Paarl and will be responsible for managing the financial portfolio of their internal companies.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Preparation of financial statements, variance and trend analysis. 

• Tax returns, preparation and submission (corporate, VAT). 

• Audit support and internal control implementation. 

• CIPC Submissions and B-BBEE compliance. 

REQUIREMENTS

• BCom – Management Accounting, Financial Accounting or equivalent.

• SAIPA / AGA(SA) / CIMA accreditation will be beneficial but not a prerequisite .

• 2-3 years’ experience within an accounting role.

• Proficiency in Xero, Sage Pastel, QuickBooks, and SAP ERP. 

• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Asana, and CRM dynamics. 

• Management of a team. 

• Multitasking and prioritisation. 

• Problem-solving and attention to detail. 

• Planning and delegating. 

• Analytical troubleshooting.

SALARY

R35 000 (negotiable)
