Junior Creditors Clerk (CR775)

Our client, a well-established company within the fruit processing industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Creditors Clerk to join their Head Office team in Paarl.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate who is eager to build a long-term career within finance and administration. The successful candidate will initially provide general administrative support within the Creditors team while receiving training and mentorship, with the opportunity to develop into a Creditors Clerk role over time.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Supporting the Creditors function progressively as training progresses

• Assisting the finance department with administrative tasks

• Capturing and maintaining accurate records

• General administrative and office support

• Filing and document management

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Previous junior creditors experience will be advantageous but is not essential

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel)

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and organisational skills

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ambition to grow within the company
