Logistics Administrator (CR374)

Our client, who is based in the Winelands region, is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team. Experience within the Fruit / FMCG industry with airfreight experience will be beneficial.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Processing mates data

- Calculating weights

- Linking pallet details with container and vessel

· Capture data on the system

· Generate documentation (produce trade; packing list and invoice) for shipment and send to freight forwarders

· Airfreight coordination on all commodities

· Stock management of Figs and Berries

- Take stock in on system

- Create build-ups

- Recon stock

- Maintain data integrity

- Arrange PPECB inspection and generate required documents


REQUIREMENTS:

· Relevant Diploma/Degree

· Ability to work independently

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively

· Attention to detail

· Able to be persistent

· Organised and efficient in high pressure environment

· Accuracy

· Ability to follow clear instructions

· Team player

· Routine worker with the ability to be adaptable

· Work experience in the logistics of fruit coordination will strengthen application

· Knowledge of export documentation will be beneficial

· Computer skills a necessity especially Microsoft Excel

· Strong administration skills


SALARY:

Negotiable depending on experience and qualification
