Our client, based within the Stellenbosch region, is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team. Experience within a bottling environment will be highly advantageous!
Purchasing processes and administration of all purchase orders are created and completed within 24 hours of scheduled production to ensure accurate and on time delivery of dry goods.
Accurate and on time capturing to ensure up to date and correct data on SAGE system
Stock Levels are monitored to ensure stock is kept within minimum stock levels
Compliance with QMS protocol and procedures are adhered to.
Compliance with HACCP and H&S policies and procedures are adhered to.
Computer literacy – (Excel, Word, MS Outlook), SAGE System is an added advantage
Sound understanding of purchasing procedures
Stores and stock take procedures knowledge
Dry Goods Product knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent administration and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is essential
Good judgement, interpersonal and communication skills
R18 000 – R20 000, depending on experience plus 13th cheque
