Our client in Paarl is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will understand the concept of database with master data management as well as accounting concepts such as creditors and reconciliation.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Reception and switchboard duties
Check daily fruit intake documents (VODs)
Capture daily tipping and floor figures on LPF
Investigate and correct errors in source document capturing
Communicate with producers
Keep contact details of producers and staff up to date
Reconcile crates after each season
File fruit intake documents
Compile time sheets and process hours for payroll
Check payslips
Capture leave
Verify transport invoices
Arrange courier for samples
Arrange transport as needed
Order office supplies
General office administration
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Administration / Payroll
1 year of time and attendance experience
1 year of reception experience
1 year of general office administration experience
Microsoft Office & Teams proficient
Sage ESS or similar experience
Seesa Paytime or similar clocking system experience
WORKING HOURS
Two working hour options:
08:00 – 14:00
07:00 – 16:00
SALARY
Negotiable
